Tokaji Sweet Szamorodni 2017
We chose bunches containing 30-50% botrytis berries. First we crushed the berries than after a few hours of soaking we pressed them. It was fermented in Szerednyei barrels and matured for 10 months. We made only one a barrel, which I quite regret now.

Acidity: 6.5 g/l
