Tokaji Furmint Late Harvest 2018

In 2018, we waited in vain for the aszú to start develop, and because of the dry and warm autumn, the grape berries were started to shrivel, but they did not show botrytis. So, in the second half of October, we still harvested healthy bunches. After a gentle processing without soaking we fermented the wine in a barrel and bottled after three months.
