Tokaji Sárgamuskotály 2018 semi-dry
In 2018, we were harvesting a completely healthy botrytis-free sárgamuskotály at the very end of August. We were a little afraid that higher than usual sugar content would result too much alcohol, but we managed to keep the fermentation under control with the help of reductive wine making technology, so the result was a light, harmonious sárgamuskotály.
